We design and build injection moulds, and we run them on our own presses. Design, toolmaking, moulding and maintenance happen in the same building near Milan — so you deal with one supplier instead of five, and nobody can blame the other one when something goes wrong.

What we do
Mould design
3D CAD design with Moldflow filling simulation before any steel is cut. We tell you what will not mould well in your part — wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, gate position — and why, while changing it still costs nothing.
Toolmaking
Moulds built in our own workshop: CNC machining and EDM. Single and multi-cavity, hot runner, two-shot, slides. Built to run for years, not to pass the first sampling.
Injection moulding
9 presses from 50–500 tonnes, running 24/7, on all common engineering polymers: PP, PE, ABS, PA, PC, POM, PMMA, TPE and glass-filled grades. We also mould with your existing tools.
Mould maintenance
Scheduled and emergency work, including on moulds we did not build. The workshop is next to the presses, so a stopped tool is measured in hours, not weeks.
Assembly and automation
We integrate downstream operations into the mould — threaded inserts, overmoulding, in-mould marking — and where that is not possible we build the assembly machine ourselves. It can run here or be delivered to your plant.
Why buy an Italian mould
Buying tooling in Asia is cheaper on the quotation and often not on the total. The real comparison is not the price of the mould: it is what the mould costs you over its life.
Changes take days, not shipping cycles
A modification on a tool sitting 9,000 km away means a container, customs and six weeks. Here it means a phone call and, quite often, the same week.
The people who built it also run it
When a tool misbehaves in production, the person who designed it is fifty metres away. That closes problems that otherwise turn into e-mail threads across time zones.
One contract, one jurisdiction
Italian company, EU law, EU VAT, no import duty inside the Union. Your drawings stay under an agreement you can actually enforce.

Barlassina is forty minutes from Milan Malpensa. Sampling with your own engineers in the room is a normal request, not a special one.

What moulds well, what does not, and the list of suggested changes with the reason for each. Free, and yours to keep even if nothing follows.

Quotation with cycle time and part cost
Number of cavities, expected cycle time, material, tool cost and part cost. A number you can take to your board, not a range.

Build, sampling, production
First-off samples are measured and documented. Nothing goes into series until you have approved them.
Questions we get from abroad
Can you mould with a tool we already own?
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways a relationship starts. Before it goes on the press we inspect it and tell you what condition it is really in — including the times when the honest answer is that it needs work first.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Technical correspondence, drawings, reports and quotations in English are routine. This website is in Italian because that is where most of our customers are, but the working language with you is yours.
What about our drawings and our know-how?
Covered by a confidentiality agreement, as with every customer. We do not publish photographs of the tooling or the assembly machines we build for others, and we do not name them — which is also the best evidence of how we will treat you.
What are your lead times?
Design one to three weeks depending on complexity, then the build depends on the tool. We give you a date before you order and tell you if it does not fit your launch, instead of discovering it together halfway through.
Do you deliver outside the EU?
Yes. Italy and non-EU markets, with Brazil already active. Shipping in pallet multiples, with the export documentation handled here.
